学生 interested in the 护理服务 programs should follow these steps.
- 参加必修课 会话信息
- Apply for the program successfully (Access to the 程序帆布 is given after attendance of the 会话信息. The 程序帆布 is not your Crafton Hills Canvas account.)
- If you are selected for the program, accept the invitation (from the 程序帆布) 截止日期前. This will come to you at the email you provided on your application.
- Attend the mandatory orientation (dates and times on the schedule of classes)
- Enroll in all classes 截止日期前 (given once the student has been accepted and after the orientation)

Those who enter the program must be able to perform the duties of a CNA. 一个物理 examination (completed within 90 days of admission) must be submitted using the Crafton Hills College Health Assessment/Physical Form. This form is available through the 程序帆布.
The following immunizations will be required (subject to change at any time):
- TDAP(每10年一次)
- TB clearance (to be completed prior to receiving COVID-19 booster to avoid delays) accepted: 2-step Mantoux, TB Gold or clear Chest Xray less than 3 years old)
- Full COVID vaccine/booster (3 Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or J&J加上任何增压器)
- Seasonal flu shot (September-April).

- Drug test (through CastleBranch)

What factors are taken into consideration in the student selection process for entrance 进入程序?
- Attend an 会话信息 (Must attend 45 out of the 60 minutes for credit).
- Have a 九州体育平台入口 student ID.
- Correctly and fully complete the application.
- Applicants will be randomly selected from the application pool for provisional acceptance.
- 学生 will be notified if they are provisionally accepted or accepted as an alternate after the fall application period has concluded. Acceptance letters will be distributed to provisionally accepted students and a signed acceptance letter must be returned by the requested deadline as indicated on the letter. If a student declines the invitation into the program, they must re-apply during a future semester.
